We accept Medicare and most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire, Humana, Oscar, Oxford, Anthem, Emblem Health, and Healthfirst. Some cosmetic and elective wellness services are self-pay.
Yes. Telehealth is available for select follow-ups, medication adjustments, and weight management check-ins. Physical exams and IV treatments are in-person.
Sun 9 AM to 2 PM, Mon 8 AM to 5 PM, Tue 9 AM to 6 PM, Wed 8 AM to 5 PM, Thu 9 AM to 6 PM, Fri 8 AM to 5 PM. Calls are accepted at all hours and returned promptly.

Yes. DOT physicals are not typically billed through insurance. We charge a flat fee and provide your Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) the same day.
